yes. bulky uterus may lead to cystocele which mean prolapse of bladder in vagina. due to age you may have this effect. do pelvic floor excessie to increase strength of it.

Yes bulky uterus and fibroids will lead to cystocele means bulging of my bladder in vagina. If you have much incontinence then you have to go for surgery other wise pelvic exercise are enough.
