Most urgent treatment for your teeth is complete scaling (cleaning). Then the dentist will check which all teeth can be saved. Mobile teeth might have to be removed according to their condition. Doctor will also prescribe some mouthwash or gumpaint. Your pyorrhea progression is due to diabetes and should be controlled. So get regular checkups for diabetes from your gp or endocrinologist for better outcome of dental treatment.

It requires a specialist management who will perform treatment like oral prophylaxis, root planing and periodontal flap therapy with or without grafting based on the extent of the disease.
