Hello, first of all whatever you have written already falls in a severe condition not getting it treated soon will lead to some irreversible damage which cannot be treated.
Do not wait for bleeding receding gums is a serious issue, sensitivity to cold again require treatment so its not at a stage where just a tooth paste will help.
Kindly visit a dentist and get I clinically checked and get the advised treatment too.
Thanks.

You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person.

Vitamin c is actually good for gum health. It seems that your brushing technique is not correct. Use soft or ultra soft bristles toothbrush, use it with vertical strokes and at 45 degree angle away from gums. You can also use rolling motion to clean the teeth but not horizontal motion. Its most damaging for both teeth and gums. Regarding already damaged gum problem you need to visit a dental expert.

Hello lybrate-user,
Do not worry. Hormonal variation during pregnancy would have lead to some changes in your gums and mouth. Do oil pulling using pure coconut oil regularly this will help you a lot. Follow a proper brushing technique. While brushing clean your tongue, area inside your cheeks. Don't forget to massage your gums.
