1. Don't Overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

The fasting level mentioned (90 to 110 mg) is fairly normal, because usual normal level is 70 to 100 mg/100 ml. Level between 101 to 125 mg is considered as pre-diabetic (impaired fasting glucose). PP 141 to 199 mg is also considered as pre-diabetic. Plus HbA1c% above 5.7 is also prediabetic.
