You need a concentrative mind only and for it you have to make a routine of day to day plan of study. Make it as simple as you can handle. Do not eat fast food and don't drink tea, coffee and cold drinks try to eat healthy food eat sprouts, little quantity of dry fruits and simple dal chapaati and sabzi. The fasting level mentioned (90 to 110 mg) is fairly normal, because usual normal level is 70 to 100 mg/100 ml. Level between 101 to 125 mg is considered as pre-diabetic (impaired fasting glucose). PP 141 to 199 mg is also considered as pre-diabetic. Plus HbA1c% above 5.7 is also prediabetic.
