Hello Ms Bhavya, as we all know, Mangoes generally tend to produce heat in the body and there will always be a chance of loose motions after angoes. To control the same in your kid, give her plenty of curd, buuter milk and coconut water and feed her with bananas, this will help her get back to normalcy in the shortest possible time

First of all you should change your eating habits like
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (30 mins after taking your thyroid medicine). 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. For vomiting chew jeera half tea spoon, vomiting will stop immediately, fruit timing and menu is good but I would suggest fruits shud b given in morning, morning is he best time fr fruits. If he is vomiting I would like to know the ingredients you are using in your recipes, may b something is there he is eating wch he shud not, I don't know but if you are giving him milk in morning. Immediately stop it, milk had to b consumed in evening or night only.

Continue with the food you have started. Add apple and pomegranate juice, that will control loose motions.
