Dear mam, she has to go for follow up regularly by endoscopy or nasopharyngoscopy, CECT face and neck and chest xray etc. Even after treatment there are some chances of disease relapse, depending on initial staging, so one has to follow up regularly

You have to be on regular follow up and do scanning and follow up to check for relapse. Six monthly CECT abdomen and pelvis for atleast two years along with clinical examination.

Dear sir, we need to know the histopathology. If it is endometroid adenocarcinoma, then she may not need chemotherapy and radiation seems to be okay but one needs to know the detailed histopathology and the adverse risk factors.

Follow these instructions to prevent yourself from sunrays:
* take two teaspoons of sugar and a pinch of salt add it in one glass of water, drink it before going out in summer.

It depends on the general condition of the patient. Also stage 4 means usually palliation, so the intention is not cure, but a reasonable quality of life and if possible disease control. May be palliative chemotherapy if patient can tolerate and palliative radiation if the patient has painful bone metastasis or brain metastasis.

Pain radiating means threre is compression on nerve. It may be because of slip disc, spondylosis, tight pyriformis etc
