Smoking even one cigarette is hazardous for the heart. Five is bad and chain smoking is worst. Smoke not only contain tar but about 100 chemicals and most of them are bad. Heart attack with instant death is the most dreaded impact. Quit it completely and instantly. Start chewing gum and cardamom whenever you get a feeling of smoking. In just 3-4 weeks, you would have quit smoking. Eat fresh fruits, drink 3 litres of water, a normal home made food.

Dear, Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. Smoking can affect your mouth, throat, lungs, heart, stomach and brain in many ways. Dear , you are correct. Quitting tobacco is not an easytask. You need mental strength to so that. There are medicines available to manage your tobacco craving but first, you should stop smoking. You may approach psychologist for help in de0addiction therapy or treatment. Take care.

Dear lybrate user. You don't have to take any medicines. You quit smoking. Immediately your body starts repairing your longs and other organs. Let your body do it. In the meanwhile you can help enhance the process. Include good amount of fruits and fruit juices in your diet. Also make sure you do a lot of physical exercise and take part in outdoor games.
