It's an interesting question you have regarding sulpitac and drinking coffee. I actually ran a drug interaction between the two i.e. Amisulpiride and caffeine and there seem to be no interactions between the two. I am unsure why you would ask a question about a medication you have been taking for the last 5 years. I believe you should be able to ask any other questions you may have privately.

Sorry for Virendra. I don't know what kind of psychosis he is suffering from. If it is schizophrenia, it needs long term tablets at appropriate dose and psychosocial rehabilitation methods to make him a useful person. It may be schizoaffective psychosis due to different phases of mind, In that case he need long term mood stabilizers also apart from antipsychotic tablets and rehab.

Psychosis can occur in a wide range of conditions. First of all the concept of CURE is over rated. If you have ever had common cold, or a fever, and taken medicine for it, you are able to over come the episode and get better. But your are NOT CURED. Cure means to never have the same

Being on antipsychotics for 14 years with paranoid symptoms is most likely schizophrenia. Cannabis and other substance might have triggered the psychosis and it is continuing. Do not alter or stop the medications without psychiatrist advise, as relapse is difficult to treat. All the best.
