You have to take high fiber diet and drink a lot of water daily. Also check your tsh level as hypothyroid can cause constipation.

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

Sir yesterday mourning when I got up and went to brush my teeth I opened my mouth but I was having trouble in closing it. The jaws joint came upon each other then I tried to close my jaw by shifting it to right side, then I could close it. But when I went to work again I opened my mouth fully when I closed, did not had to struggle. But today also I had to face same thing in the mourning. Can you please tell what is happening.

Hi, looks like it could be tempero mandibular joint problem. Consultant dental surgeon. He might ask you to get a x ray. Do not open the mouth full strength, especially while yawning. Take support of your hand at your chin during opening. Hope this helps you.

Hi lybrate-user, Some of the main causes of constipation are poor diet, insufficient water intake, irregular defecation habit, lack of physical activity, weakness of abdominal muscles, hemorrhoids, stress, intake of certain medications, and laxative abuse. This might also be the reason why you are feeling weak about it. Here are some home remedies for the same: 1. Lemon: Extract the juice of half a lemon and add it to a glass of warm water. You can also add a pinch of rock salt or one-half teaspoon of table salt and a little honey to it. Drink the lemon water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. You can also drink a glass of this solution in the evening. Follow this remedy daily and expect results within a few days. 2. Take one cup of fennel seeds and dry roast them. Then, grind them and sieve the mixture. Store this tasty and digestive powder in a jar. Take half a teaspoon of this powder daily with warm water. 3. Figs: Take two to three almonds and dried figs. Soak them in water for a few hours. Peel the almonds and grind the ingredients. Take this paste with one tablespoon of honey at night. 4. Castor Oil: movement. Simply swallow one to two teaspoons of castor oil on an empty stomach. To improve the taste, you can take it with a fruit juice. Within a few hours, you will notice a huge improvement in your condition. You must not repeat this remedy for a prolonged period as it can cause side effects. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

"For Sinus and Nose problems, try taking steam inhalation for 3 times a day. To know how to take steam, please read instructions below to know - how to take steam inhalation for best results. If problem is not solved in 2-3 days, you may need additional medicines. Techniques to steam 1) Boil a pot of water. 2) Pour water into a large flat pan or bowl. If you use a casserole, water will remain warm for longer duration. 3) Place your head over the bowl at a distance of 1 feet. 4) Cover your head and bowl with a large towel (like a tent), take long breath through your nose and breath out through mouth. As you know my husband has gone through appendix operation, I would like to know what should he have in his day like wt to have in mourning wt in lunch wt in evening snacks n wt at night as well as at what time so that he shld not occur wth any pain or crave n also he gets healthy and fit again. hello mam , u should give him small and frequent meals. avoid oily , fried , junk foods,whole pulses in night,avoid gastric and spicy food .take plenty of fruits. take plenty of water. take normal diet .

I hv been married for 8 months and unfortunately this is my second marriage. The guy who I married now has many problems. But due to social status am not thinking to come out of this marriage. 1.He has got sexual erectile dysfunction& premature ejaculation. 2.he says he earns less money so I have to take care of all needs like maintenance and household needs etc. 3. He doesn't show even a gram of love and affection on me instead always cross enquiries about myself like where I go out with whom I talk etc. 4. He doesn't care me like the way he takes care of his mother and father. Up on the whole he threatens to me that he'll leave me one day. What should I do? As I said I am only considering this marriage because it is my second marriage and I loose my reputation in both family and society. From whatever u say, the guy is not a guy but a useless parasite. better would be to get out of the relationship, take a break and start life afresh new after a year or so. whether its 2nd or 1st doesn't matter, we have just 1 life to live. live it happily, don't bother about society. next time consider living in relationship for 2-5 years before indulging in marriage, thats a safe way to know the person and not get disappointed again

I have a serious problem since more than an year now which I have no solution of. I have gone to neurosurgeon, psychiatrist, ent, etc. I feel drowsiness all day long and am not able to concentrate. Below are the symptoms I have followed by the tests I had done including blood test and mri. Symptoms: Day long Drowsiness - standing, sitting, walking, driving Fatigue Lack of concentration Memory loss A little speech problem (rare) Sleepy during driving Blurred vision Reading and Writing problem Headache mainly on both sides of the head nerve pain Understanding things take time Loss of appetite Focus lock Not refreshed after sleep even after 10hr End of the work shift after 8 hrs, I am totally exhausted. Ringing noise in left ear Test done: MRI of the brain and nerve - all clear Front sinuses MRI - all clear Neck xray - clear Blood test - all fine, hemoglobin 14.7, vitamin b12, b5 at good level, tsh 1.75, iron in level Psychoanalysis done - a little OCD but nothing harmful. Ear ent checkup - all clear Current medication: Anti depressant - 3months not effect My body: Height: 6ft 1in Weight: 73kg No feeling of sadness Fatigue 24x7 Strange fact: If I am feeling sleepy any point of the day or night and lay down on the bed with my eyes open, the high sleepy sensation subsides with in hour or two and feel a little comfortable.
