Hi lybrate-user It can easily be done by diet. Please don't go for any medicines .Let me know if you are a non vegetarian .Please start having 1 boiled egg on alternate days. Have milk products like milk, cheese and curd. Include til seeds in your diet. Eat 4 to 5 nuts daily.

From the information given, it is clear that her intake must severely affected, which has led to severe protein deficiency. Protein deficiency affects muscle mass, over all energy level. There is no liver damage or any other organ damage. But as the patient is bed ridden, mscle strength goes down due to inactivity and low intake.
