If you are vegetarian then your protein foods should be cottage cheese, soy milk, soybeans, soy products, skimmed milk, processed cheese, tofu, mushroom, peanuts, peas, yogurt etc. The requirement is. 5-1gm protein/kg body weight/day.

Do exercise.Eat extra more frequently.Take dense fruits,vegetables.Use ghee,butter,cream,cheese.Include protein like fish,egg,whole cream milk,dairy products,tofu,mushrooms,soy etc.Add healthy oil in cooking more.Avoid smoking,alcohol
