You can join gym or you may go for walk daily three to four km. Take healthy food and plenty of liquids, fibre food, protein etc.

We need to make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition):
- Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator.
-Standing while you work can help your body get more activity than if you were just sitting down. Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and ma...more

A balanced diet is a diet that has sufficient amounts of all components of food like carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins & minerals with water. A healthy diet includes all these components of food without overloading oneself with just one component. Inclusion of dals, rice, milk, veggies, fruits & various oils in a balanced way will serve as a balanced diet.

At present you are low weight. Increase up to 66 kg. Chang food habites. Add in you food carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines, minirales, green vegitsbales, milk end milk products. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help you to fit for all activity in life. Just spent 30 minuties daily fits all times.

for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal.
