Hello lybrate-user removing all teeth are not advisable, but it also depends on the condition of the teeth, if all are moving and there a lot of cavity and tooth cannot be saved, so it is advisable to remove rather than to keep in the mouth. But the point what to do after removing the teeth.

as you have mentioned you have problem while eating hard food there can be many reasons for this. The most common reason is pyorrhoea or periodontitis. I personally suggest colgate total and colgate charcoal. But the tooth paste alone is not enough to maintain oral hygiene. Brush twice daily. Use dental floss. Use interdental brushes. Use mouth washes. Consult me for further details. Thank you.
