green vegetables, fresh fruits,
warm water for drinking,
take dinner in half quantity of lunch, early in the evening,
daily morning walk for 45 minutes,
regular yoga ,pranayam, exercise,
avoid salty, spicy,fast food,
avoid overeating,
avoid late night works,
avoid excessive sexual activity,
avoid smoking, tobacco,alcohol, avoid excessive tea, coffee,cold drinks.

For Maintain low blood pressure (BP) to normal level • Anaemia is a cause of low BP so check your hemoglobin level (Hb) if this is low so eat green leafy vegetables, beetroot and fruits like pomegranate.
