Vitamin deficiency is one of the reason commonly, but ulcer also happen dye to diff reason stress, viral fever. I will suggest take vitamin capsules and consult oral surgeon for better diagonosis.

It is safe but it can not be sole remedy. Sometimes we need to apply topical ointments also for faster healings. Moreover every ulcer has its etiology which first needs to be cared of. Without removing the source of ulcer it can not heal by just taking the b complex capsule.
