Purslane is richest source of Omega 3 fatty acids and OXALATE minerals. It also has ALA which prevents Cardiac diseases
But as you are pregnant, this Purslane will NOT BE ADVISABLE to you. As it can increase uterine contractions. And Can lead to miscarriage. So better avoiding PURSLANE in pregnancy.
