It may be that the date of last menses you gave to doctor, she calculated your delivery date accordingly. But may be you were mistaken about that date, that's why new date according to ultrasound.

The delayed periods can be due to the variations in thyroid level and need a check up . If it is normal , it is common form some women to get delayed periods for one year after delivery
