Labour pain starts around 37 to 40 weeks of pregnancy (8.5 to 9 months). It starts with pain in lower tummy and associated with the hardening of the uterus. Pain can radiate to the back. Another most important symptom is passage of thick sticky fluid through vagina. If you have any of these two you should report immediately to the hospital.

The egg size fibroid will become much smaller as your uterus size normalises to pre-pregnancy level. Fibristal has temporary effect only, and fibroid size will start increasing if it is stopped. keep your baby bag handy
7/8 march - we cannot predict the date
bag may rupture or pains may start any time
first pregnancy pains take about 12 hours for labor to progress to delivery

Hello, the umbilical cord is usually around 30-40 cm long and if the cord is loose then vaginal delivery can still be contemplated but actual requirement for c-section could be assessed only during active labour and depends on foetal status during labour.
