How to do kegel exercise? Please tell me the whole procedure. Is it safe in pregnancy? I am 6 months pregnant n wanna to know the best exercises which helps in normal delivery. I heard that kegel exercises helps in tighten tha vagina. So how its help in delivery because in delivery. Loose vagina is good.

Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the pelvic muscles, which is very necessary at the time of labour and delivery. It is absolutely safe in pregnancy. You may take the help of gynaecologist, who can guide you about your pelvic muscles and then you can do it. There are lots of videos on you tube which may help you.
