Bp varies with age and stress. So if you have symptoms of hypertension thwn I can explain to you. Normal bp varies from 120-140 /80-90 .but single reqding of the bp can not decide that you have bp.

Telma is considered good with patients with diabetes and that's why doctor suggested.
people just see mg of medicine and believe that telma 40 mg is too high dose than amlodopine 2.5mg.
which is very wrong

please don't follow random suggestions.

the blood pressure at this range can be managed without medicines also.
try salt restricted diet.
yoga and pranayama.

or take Homoeopathic treatment.

You should do bp charting 2 times in a day for 7 days. Of the average bp of 7 days is on the higher side, then your bp medications will be started. Bp medicines are usually safe. Kindly contact me for further queries.

it is good that your blood pressure is normal throughout the day tthe fact that at night the diastolic is reaching 90 is cause for concern. However, at this stage, medication may not be required. You can try lifestyle modifications-diet, meditation and exercise for 3 months and see if your blood pressure is regulated. Do contact if you need help with that.

please do life style modifications.
Do brisk walking daily at least 30 minutes daily.
Avoid sweets and all fatty foods.
Use tata lite salt in salad and fruits.
Drinks plenty of water daily.
Then recheck bp contact me on line by paid audio consultation.
