2) if no pregnancy is seen in uterus blood test serum ria-hcg-beta 2 readings 48 hours apart help

There is a definite regression of beta hcg denoting that treatment is effective. Wait for 2more weeks and do beta hcg. If it is less than 1 iu, your ectopic pregnancy has been fully treated, try pregnancy only ater 6 months.

1. Take adequate night sleep
2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger headache.

If beta hcg is coming down weekly, 15% every third day, treatment is effective and should wait till it comes below 10 iu. This happens within a month with effective treatment.

If beta hcg decreases by more than 15% per week, you should not worry. The usg takes time to resolve.

By laparoscopic ( instrument) they see the internal organs in your case Fallopian tube if found unruptured they make an incision over the tube where preg lying remove the product and again stitch the tube (salpigostomy)
