Hello doctor! i'm suffering from severe pcod. My recent scan report indicate right and left ovary volume 24 ml and 18 ml with 4-5 mm cysts. Is my ovary volume greater than normal? What is the normal volume for both ovaries. My age is 26. Please suggest. I shall be thankful.

Femilon is a oral contraceptive so no other measure is needed. The only clause is that femilon should be taken regularly without interruption.

If you are having regular periods then you can discontinue in 3 months. Start a regular regime of specific exercises for pcod and dietary control. All should be fine.
