Pneumonia is an infection that causes inflammation in one or both of the lungs and may be caused by a virus, bacteria, fungi or other germs. Even if no pain further get evaluation for your lungs and lung function for abnormal swelling/sound/wheezing if any from a chest specialist He will find out the cause with some investigations.
