If large one then ct scan can detect brain tumour, but small tumours are better seen on MRI. Also the characteristics or the tumour and navigation intraoperative need MRI correlation.
Migraine is a clinical diagnosis and MRI is done to rule out any underlying pathology.
Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.

You must be hypertensive as this is one of the most common cause of LVH. If the thickness is not very high and you don't have a high diastolic dysfunction you don't have to worry.
In case if you are hypertensive then ace inhibitors or arb are the best suited medicine for you (if KFT and electrolytes are normal).

If you have hypertension, or take treatment for hypertension, meet a physician and keep BP under control. If mild hypertrophy is without hypertension, meet a mild cardiologist. Avoid meeting a severe cardiologist for mild hypertrophy.
