Take high fibre diet consisting of leafy vegetables, fruits, salads,
non spicy food,
avoid junk and fast food,
drink at least 3 lit of water every day,
take nice sleep,
take walk for 1/2 an hour after dinner for improving digestion
at lunch and dinner take warm water. It will help to control weight also.
