Hello lybrate-user, the treatment of anal fissure is long as well as sometimes frustrating for the patient as well for the treating doctor. It takes time to heal, and very easy to come back again whenever you have a hard stool or you had to strain for some reason. I will suggest you to give some time. It should subside along with the lump, but be ready for a next attack after 2 -3 months.

Dear patient,
firstly the condition anal fissure is mostly associated with hard stool, straining & irregular bowel motion, so to get rid of fissure permanently you have to do lifestyle modification for regular bowel motions like fibre rich diet, plenty of oral fluids; avoid meat in diet, etc.
Secondly, whether anal fissure completely be cured with ano-metrogyl or conservative management only, can only be commented after clinical examination of your peri-anal region, anal sphincter tone. ...more

Herniated disc
1. Spinal decompression
how it helps – spinal decompression should be the very first thing you do to treat a herniated or bulging disc because it essentially creates space between your vertebrae, and thus takes pressure off the discs.
How to do it
– use a bar or the top of a door (or anything you can hang from) and allow your body to “just hang”.
– hang for 30 seconds and do 3 sets.
– release very slowly from this so as not to cause any spasms.
