Mitral valve prolapse, also called mvp, is a condition in which the two valve flaps of the mitral valve don't close smoothly or evenly, but bulge (prolapse) upward into the left atrium. Mitral valve prolapse is also known as click-murmur syndrome, barlow's syndrome or floppy valve syndrome.

Yes it can be treated by exercise to certain extent. It will strengthen the weak muscles there by it will have good impact.

Consult a physiotherapist tp check with your range of motion of elbow. So that you can check with the elbow angle for better clarification. You can wear elbow brace to correct the cubitus valgus and you need to do elbow muscle strengthening exercises which will help you to feel better. Let us know we can arrange for a elbow splint.
