Yes, if wisdom tooth coming, pl follow the instructions of dentist. Or do mouth swishing with dry alum powder and saindha namak (ground like maida). Put a drop or two of mustard oil.

I am not sure about this. Because deformities occur your r.a duration, surface of the joint cartilage, ligaments, nature of muscles strengths. Etc. However these are all under deep inspection and tests are done by orthopedician / physiotherapist / any physician which are expert and very experienced. But whatever it may be please be cautious.
