Dear lybrate user,
you may be suffering from a clinical condition called paraphimosis. The most conventional method to get rid of it is surgery.
However, if you are unwilling to undergo surgery then you can try the following process at home.
1) buy any local anaesthetic gel (e. G. Lidocaine, lignocaine, xylocaine) from allopathic retail shop.
2) apply a little amount of that anaesthetic gel at the lower part of the prepuce of penis where the foreskin remains attached.

Hi lybrate-user
yu hace phimosis
please donot neglect it.
Thats going to harm yu in long run
A lot of ppatients suffer just due to plain self experimentation. So stop doing that.
Go to a surgeon. And get it operated.
Unfortunately there are no medications or ointment for it.

Hello-
" Phimosis" is the technical term for an un-retractable foreskin. An acute case of phimosis may create problems for the person when he would want to pass urine or to perform sex, as this action may either be restricted or become troublesome. This is when phimosis becomes a medical emergency. It has been linked with an increased risk of infection, loss of sexual stimulation of the penis and even penis cancer.

Traditionally medicine offers conservative treatment of phimosis. I...more

You need to correct your frenulum by surgery. A foreskin that is tight enough to restrict movement is commonly known as a frenulum breve. ... While circumcision can help this condition, frenuloplasty is a specialized technique that seeks to treat solely this condition while preserving the foreskin.

If the foreskin will not go back easily and painlessly then it may be a bit tight – this is called phimosis – the only cure is to have a circumcision. Sometimes the tightness is only minimal, in which case you can pull it back in the bath with soapy water and get it easily back over the penis again straight away – with repeats of this it stretches a bit and becomes easier. Don't pull the foreskin back and just leave it there, however, or it can swell and become very painful.
