Please Put some coconut oil drops below penile skin and do forward and backward movements of penile skin slowly avoiding masturbation for 3 mths minimum It will loosen the phimosis.

Use lots of lubrication. It will help overcome the short frenulum. Still if problem remains same. You need to see a good doctor for correct diagnosis.

It could be phimosis or a tight frenulum. Get it checked by sugeon and follow the advice accordingly

Go to a surgeon. And get it operated.
