I am 25 years old and I have frenulum tear on my penis and I don?t have bleeding only thing it leads to pain when my penis gets harder and it?s difficult to open my penis fully as it?s start paining. Is it any sign of serious problem. As on my online research should I use any ointment or please suggest the needful.
