Hello-
during the final months of development, the testicles gradually descend into the scrotum. If this descent isn't completed at birth, the testicle usually descends within a few months. If your son has a retractile testicle, the testicle originally descended as it should, but doesn't remain in place.

Hello lybrate-user, the main purpose of laxatives for treatment for anal fissure is to keep your stool soft and easy to pass. If you are already taking plenty of fibres, then osmotic laxatives like duphalac will helpful. If you are containing less fibre in diet then lactifibre will be more preferable. But remember, treatment of anal fissure depends upon two factors, avaidance of constipation by any means, and to avoid straining. Thank u.

Hello lybrate-user, for anal fissure, you need to keep your stool soft. For that you need to take plenty of water and any laxatives. Ointment should be applied with finger, inside the anus, before going to pass stool (try ointment escot. To sit in arm water is often very beneficial. Add 10 ml of betadine to 5 litres of warm water and to sit on that. If after doing all this, you do not get relief, then laser lis will the option to correct it permanently.

Hello lybrate-user, daflon tab is ok, but anovate is not going to help you much .better to take ointment like escot or fidonal or anorelief. Apply it with your finger inside the anus, before going for toilet and also adopt hot sitz bath twice daily.

Hello-
an undescended testicle is usually corrected with surgery. The surgeon carefully manipulates the testicle into the scrotum and stitches it into place (orchiopexy). This procedure can be done either with a laparoscope or with open surgery.

Hello-
undescended testicles for that long may complicate into cancer. Its best to go for timely investigations and checkup to rule out any serious pathogenesis. You can also start vajikaran treatment of ayurveda to reduce the side effects of body heat on the testicles. Vajikaran treatment also reduce the risks for any serious conditions like cancer etc.
