I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
The right cardiophrenic angle is the most common location for a pericardial cyst, which should be of tissue opacity in contrast to the fat pad, but either lesion may be seen in the left cardiophrenic angle.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Dear lybrate-user
unfortunately, a cure is not yet established, but maybe we can work on making you slightly more comfortable. Please share all treatments that you have tried so far and which of them worked even a little bit for you.(nasal irrigation and douches; nose drops (e.g. Glucose-glycerine, liquid paraffin); antibiotics and antimicrobials; vasodilators etc)

Hi there doctor, I am a 52 year old male. I woke up with extreme burning sensation, in my head. Not an actual headache itself. My head felt like it was on fire. Everything felt like it was burning. Strange and scary. Never had anything like this before. I do have server dehydration problems since january 2021, when I had a severe case of cavity, with breathing problems. I have also had severe acid reflux issues, that forces a person to wake up, and my throat feels like it is on fire, and like it is "rusted" also, since the cavity, I often get a sharp pain shooting up the left side of my neck, paralyzing me for well over a minute. A bit like a nerve pain. This sensation that I had this morning was like the severe burning experienced with a bad case of acid reflux. I looked in the mirror. Everything looked ok. But, my nose etc, even now, 20 min later, have that same burning sensation. Just never had it in my whole head before. Also, my head is still in a daze. Pls advise. Kind regards gerallt.

You need to visit the dentist again.
If pain don't go in 72 hrs then it is mandatory you visit the dentist again.
