You need to visit near by dentist to get treatment of those decayed teeth. Don't ignore this just by thinking that these are milk teeth.

Hello lybrate-user. I hope you have ruled out that none of your tooth is carious. Pain in the extreme left back region can be due to 3rd molars. Make sure you haven't had any trauma during these days. Also sometimes the muscles in the jaw get fatigued and this also cause pain.
May I know your age arjun? And exact location where you have pain. If it's temporary and due to fatigue you can take tab. Egilemr on sos basis.
