Place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower back or abdomen.
Rest when needed.

Hi, lybrate-user,keep try may have chances kod pregnancy. But if you are not getting your pregnancy quit allopathy treatment, because this is totally hormonal therapy which is not correcting route cause of disease, pcos is life style dependent disease in ayurved along with medication diet, exercise, daily regimen all were corrected which is very important for infertility treatment.
