You are on the right tract. Pcos goes only by modifications in diet, lifestyle, exercise/ yoga and last, to sport the endeavors, ayurvedic herbals (these are not supplements). I may say by long experience in the field that 21 day tablet hasn't done much good in a long history. Hi, yes protein is good to burn calories and lose fat but if you are non-vegetarian then you don't need to take one. Weight is a sum total of bone, water, muscle and fat. You need to lose fat to get healthy.
Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours to improve metabolism and reduce fat.
