Discoloration of the skin is not a symptom of pcos, per se. However, women with pco who develop insulin resistance (a precursor to diabetes) can develop acanthosis nigricans. This is a darkening of the skin that look like black or purplish velvet texture in the underarm and collar areas.

Hello. Tab oosure m and ginette wil take care of your pcos and side by side you have to start medications for acne .(treatment wil depend on the grade of acne. Both topical (like clindymycin/adapalene/ benzol peroxide) and oral l (azithromycin/doxycycline etc) medications are available for acne. Visit nearest dermatolgist.
