I tested urine hpt with prega news 4 times, all were negative. At 24 weeks after sex, the last test came negative. My period is irregular due to pcod. Is there any chance for me to be pregnant? Any chance for cryptic pregnancy that i'm not aware of? I'm worried.

False negatives are more common than false positive for urine test for pregnancy. Get blood tested for beta hcg and ultrasound.

I am pcod patient and after using mychiro tablets I just gain my weight by 2-3 kg in 20 days n changes in my digestive system so its possible that mychiro tablets are reasonable for this.

Mychiro tablets is not the cause. Pcod is a disease where there is a hormonal imbalance. Depending on your complaints, examination, reports, and stage of life treatment differs, and it also needs more time to get yourself treated with patience. Meet gynecologist in whom you have trust as you will need to go for a long time to him/her. Overweight is very common so in case you have that reduction of weight helps tremendously.

I have thyroid (weight lose one) and pcod also. We shifted our home on 3 july because of that I carried some heavy things also. So on 3july I got my periods but I bleed for 2 days only that was too light no proper bleeding as usual and now yesterday I again got some brown blood rarely some fresh red blood came out today also the blood is little less brown but no proper periods very less discharge. It's been 5-7 years I am suffering frm these two disease. My weight is normal I don't eat junk food. hair fall has been a normal thing for me since 7 years but periods were regular this time I am facing this issue. I don't know what should I do. I don't take any medicine even for thyroid as well as pcod. And please suggest me some natural ways or food so that I can cure this both problems naturally. And I am single. Not indulge in any sexual relationship.

Pcod/pcos is a common hormonal disorder in women which can lead to weight gain and irregular periods. While most women depend on pills to deal with it, these simple changes in your lifestyle will help you deal with the condition in a better way. 1.Nutritional approach: deficiency of micronutrients contributes to insulin insensitivity and compromise ovarian function. So, 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of plain water first thing in the morning (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods7. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time10. Maintain active life style2. Exercise strategies: regular workouts are non-negotiable. They are essential to burn off fat stores for hormonal balance and regular ovulation. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. Other days you can do cardio exercises like yoga, cycling, swimming etc. Till lock down do suryanamaskar. Sleep: adequate sleep is non-negotiable too. Sleeping at a more or less fixed time every day and for an adequate number of hours is a prerequisite to keep hormones in sync. 4. De-stress yourself: love yourself more than anyone else, prioritize your health, learn to say no, take time out to exercise and relax. Pursue your favorite activities, learn a new skill, and never ignore your body signals. For more details you can consult me.

Kindly suggest the precautions I can take so as to lower my levels, I am experiencing abdominal muscle twitches and fast heartbeat / palpitations (and high pulse rate above 120 every time I checked) since last 2 months, are these due to my thyroid level? please suggest what is wrong.

Hello I am 33 years old. I have been suggested to rule out pcod since having my right ovary slightly bulky, facial hairs and having endometriosis early stages. This was diagnosed last year october. Periods are normal. Reduced weight from 67to 58. All my hormonal levels are normal. But still I find some hard hairs are popping out in my chin areas. Next the main issue is my hair fall.in the past two months I had abrupt hair fall which is making my scalp visible and totally looking bald. If any one respected doctors could suggest some remedies. Since everything is normal but my hair fall is the main concern.

Do you have dandruff problem also. Regularly wash your hair with mild shampoo. 1. Vitamin for hair loss.(a, b and c) 2. Enrich diet with protein. 3. Do warm coconut oil massage. Take coconut oil and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage your scalp with this hot oil for a few minutes. 4. Avoid brushing wet hair. 5. Keep yourself hydrated. 6. Put on a shower cap for an hour then shampoo your hair. It helps to stop hair loss and promote hair growth. 7. Avoid hairstyles that pull on the hairline. 8. Ditch hair tools that use high heat. 9. Be wary of chemical processing. 10. Drink water to hydrate your body. U can mix arnica q and jaborandi q equal quantity. Apply on scalp with the help of cotton. Wash hair next day.
