Agar xray mein cavity hey toh uski filling yah rct karwayiye, ye depend karega cavity kitni badi hey.
Agar cavity nahi toh sensodyne rapid relief/ vantaj toothpast/ sanqueal f toothpaste jo bhi aapko mil jaye usko lagye.
30 second tak laga ke rake and then brush kare.

Hi .these all r post covid complications. Loss of taste is one of the main side effects but with time it gradually becomes normal. No need of any medication. Just follow a healthy life style and diet. Keep your oral hygiene good. Things will recover fast.

What is the nature of the pain? If pain is intermittent without much discomfort then I think it may be due to eating something hard. If the pain is continuous then it is quite possible that the nerve is infected. Its better to get it checked out from a nearby dentist.
