Dopamine does not cause 'full day fatigue feeling' it might cause insomnia, but so is your disease. Regarding erection problem, some of these medications may occasionally cause it, but if such happens - factors first to consider is your age (don't know), comorbidities (other diseases), body weight (over weight) etc.

Urinary disturbance can occur in long standing parkinson's disease. And coexistence of prostratomegaly can increase the problem. But for this it needs to be determined whether enlarged prostrate is contributing towards the problem or not. For this adequate evaluation is needed as there problems can be treated with medication.

They may also have mental and behavioral changes, sleep problems, depression, memory difficulties, and fatigue. Your father seems to be in quite advanced stage of the disease. In this stage neuro-rehabilitation is very much warranted. If he has any mood issues, those need to be addressed. Kindly consult a good neuro-rehabilitation physician. At i-nk we have a good neuro-rehabilitation department.
