Since your doctor has detected ulcers on mouth of uterus, there can be a posibilty of human papilloma virus (hpv dna) infection / any other finding. Pap test report can be vague also which can miss lots. Go for colposcopy as suggested. May be doctor will do the procedure of cauterisation in the same sitting- burning of the ulcers. Do get an ultrasound abdomen test & blood test for hiv.

From reports you fall into category of low chance of cancer. However post-menopausal bleeding cases need to rule out cancer. Wait for Pap smear report after that if required can undergo Hysteroscopy.

Hello-
Since you don't have a proper diagnosis, it is advised to diagnose your condition first. Chlamydia and gonorrhea are important preventable causes of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) and infertility. PID and “silent” infection in the upper genital tract may cause permanent damage to the fallopian tubes, uterus, and surrounding tissues, which can lead to infertility.
