To clear your doubts get an ultrasound pelvis done to rule out any pathology and follow up with reports and Take tablet folvite 5 mg once a day and tablet vitaminD (60000iu) once a week for six months.

From reports you fall into category of low chance of cancer. However post-menopausal bleeding cases need to rule out cancer. Wait for Pap smear report after that if required can undergo Hysteroscopy.
