Hello Sachin
From your description it appears as if you have palmoplantar psoriasis but it can be confirmed only on seeing pictures.
It can be treated very well with homeopathic medicine so I suggest you go for it. The medicine will help control the disease and increase your immunity as well so that the body can fight for itself.
Avoid pulling out the dry scales or dead skin as it will only make it worse.

Hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, is a common disorder which produces a lot of unhappiness. An estimated 2-3% of people suffer from excessive sweating of the underarms (axillary hyperhidrosis) or of the palms and soles of the feet (palmoplantar hyperhidrosis). Underarm problems tend to start in late adolescence, while palm and sole sweating often begins earlier, around the age 13 (on the average). Untreated, these problems may continue throughout life.
