Hey there, keep taking the prescribed medicine. Also start doing warm saline rinses two times a day and also gargles with betadine oral solution two times a day. Consult your dentist, get x-ray done and if needed start with antibiotics and remove the tooth asap. Third molars should be removed as they do not help in chewing also they are difficult to assess and treat.
