This life-threatening condition can develop when too much fluid collects in the pericardium. Excess fluid puts pressure on the heart and doesn't allow it to fill properly. Less blood leaves the heart, causing a dramatic drop in blood pressure. Cardiac tamponade requires emergency treatment
let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

I hope you got those two tests done for routine checkup and you don't have any medical problems yet nor on any recent medicines. If you are not having any symtopms related to you heart like chest pain, edema in feet, breathing problems etc, than yes your heart is healthy with above two reports normal. Still if you want to be more sure you can get your serum cholesterol levels checked for any future risk of heart attack.

It's mostly nothing. Depends on whether there has been a change from previous ecg or whether you have hypothyroidism or have a thick chest wall. One ecg with low voltage might not necessarily mean anything, so a repeat ecg may be needed later along with query into any issues that you may be facing. It will determine whether treatment will be needed or it's normal.
If you have further concerns, please feel free to have an online consult.

Generally, a high blood urea nitrogen level means your kidneys aren't working well. But elevated blood urea nitrogen can also be due to: urinary tract obstruction.

Sinus tachycardia may be normal or due to an underlying disease, which when treated will automatically treat sinus tachycardia. As for abnormal rhythm, I will only be able to comment once I see the ecg. So, you can have an one-to-one consult to allow me to have a look at the ecg and advise accordingly.

Dear Lybrate user,
given your age and reports, you need not worry much. Dietary modifications along with life style modification may be required. The pain could be muscular in origin. Costochondritis (cartilage inflammation over chest area) can mimic heart conditions. Even gastric conditions give rise to chest pain. If the pain doesn't resolve spontaneously, kindly get the following tests done: 1. Lipid profile
2. Serum homocysteine.
