If the cavity is not deep it can be filled with suitable materials but if the cavity is deep you may need a root canal. Frst you need to get n x-ray done.

Ideally upper teeth have to be slightly ahead of the lower teeth in ideal bite. If they are not you can have issues in medical. Ask your dentist to try using some appliance to expand the upper jaw in transverse and saggital direction.

Hi. The teeth that is not in proper alignment will not cause stammering but it may pose discomfort while speaking. I would suggest you to visit your nearby dentist as per your convenience and if the milk teeth is still present get it extracted and then go for braces so as to bring out the teeth which is inwards into proper alignment.

It's not like that. During this treatment most of patients not able to brush their teeth and food particles are sticking in teeth. If you not maintain your oral hygiene that may cause bleeding gums, receding gum. So pls take time to brush in proper manner specialised brush and techniques. Do deep cleaning by dentist.

Receding Gums doesnot happen in one day. It takes years of bacteria and millions of bacteria to reduce the level of gum and make space for itself. 99 percent of time it is you who welcomes the bacteria, not remove the plaque , not brush at bed time, no mouthwas use, no floss or interdental toothpick or brush.

You need to start the basic hygeine protocol.
