Ihc comprehensive panelimmuno-histochemistry reportlab no: hl-4159-23, ia-16-24nature of specimen: ?endometriosis nodule, biopsy. Clinical details: severe lower abdomen and leg pain. Usg: endometriosis nodule. Overall features are suggestive of a metastatic adenocarcinoma. Gross examination: ic performed on block: 4159 b.microscopic examination: metastatic adenocarcinomaimpression: metastatic adenocarcinoma favor lower gi primary (colorectal including appendiceal origin. Advise: clinical and imaging correlation, msi, and family studies. Note: this case is also seen and co-signed by Dr. sarita mittal (consultant and head of histopathology)

From the limited information presented here, I understand that some nodule was biopsied and it shows adenocarcinoma which means it's cancer deposit spread from somewhere. Next step in your work up would be pet ct along with tumor markers (cea, ca 19-9, ca 125etc.). Based on these reports further investigations or treatment will be planned.

Hi ,after d@c spotting can be there on and off, but if more bleeding continues ,then need to check scan to see any retained products, but if the doctor sure about complete evacuation nothing to worry ,can take femilon.

I am female 52 years underwent ultra sound to my right breast and report is as below. Fibrocystic changes in right breast. Bilateral complex and simple cysts as detailed. To thick walled enochic cysts lesions showing cystic echos debris with septation ando imal professional vascularity noted at retroareolar region of right breast measuring 8.7x5.7, 12x16 mm surrounding breast parenchyma shows areas of altered echogenecity with increased vascularity. No evidence of ductal dilation on either side no skin thickening/nipple retraction.

Shift means stopping chemo and that is not good.
Consequences of leaving it untreated- differs from patient to patient.
