No, there are no food restrictions.
But surgery is not a solution.
You are removing the end product of disease while the disease itself is still there and the cyst can grow again. Or it will come out in another form in future.

Ovarian cyst less than 5 cms usually does not need operation, and can be treated with medicine. You can be pregnant but if you have not done any tests you need to do blood sugar fasting level, TSH, Prolactin, Hb, TC, DC levels, (ultrasound of pelvis), husband’s semen analysis. If all these are normal then HSG x-ray to see the tubes- this you can do after 6 months of treatment. Without reports no advice is proper.

Hi! Many a times the cyst can be an unruptured follicle. But needs to be watched on USG on Day 2 of periods. Size and nature of the cyst is important. Consult a specialist.
