You should consult ent surgeon for physical check up and guidance about line of treatment. It can be wax, it can be discharge mixed with pus due to infection inside ear. 1.use cotton while taking bath .and see that water does go inside
2.continue the drops (5 days) 3.do not blow or do not valsalva maneuver
4.hydrate well and use paracetamol for 3 days if it is causing discomfort.
