Chronic suppurative otitis media (csom) is a chronic inflammation of the middle ear and mastoid cavity. It is predominantly a disease of the developing world. Clinical features are recurrent otorrhoea through a tympanic perforation, with conductive hearing loss of varying severity.

You should consult ent surgeon for physical check up and guidance about line of treatment. It can be wax, it can be discharge mixed with pus due to infection inside ear. So physical check up is needed for the treatment. If it is wax it can be removed by moisten it with oil. But if it is infection than you need to go for proper treatment to cure infection.
