If you are having cholesteatoma then you have to undergo the ear surgery asap. The cholesteatoma can destroy the bone behind the ear, the tiny bones in the middle ear & can go up & infiltrate the brain. Consult an experienced ENT surgeon & get the surgery done at the earliest.

I am a 32 year old male have had a urethra infection for a couple months now a urethra swab was done about 2 weeks ago and the sensitivity test show that chloramphenicol was reactive I have finished the dose today ad symptoms have gone away how long after finishing the dose can I resume unprotected sex.

Aspergillosis antibodies that you are taking about, are indicative of acute (igm) chronic (igg) and allergies (ige. Clinical correlations and other investigations are needed. Fungal culture is the best to diagnose it.

I have urethritis there is present mild transparent discharge & redness at the tip of urethra opening. No burning sensation during urination I am not sexually active. I visited an urologist, he did urine routine:- bacteria present & pus cells = 5-7 wbc/hpf. He gave me urikind km sachet for 10 days. He said noting to worry, keep the area clean & apply coconut oil if possible. It has been > 1 month, discharge is still there so is redness. Please prescribe some medicine.

Asked for male, 22 years old from Raipur

I have urethritis, (not sexually active) {might be due to soap action}. Initially I felt burning sensation at the tip during urinating. I took azithromycin 500 mg for 3 days. Burning sensation is gone, but at the opening of urethra there is still some redness & presence of some fluid {discharge is not active, just presence of some fluid (not urine) in urethra tip}. Should I continue taking azithromycin 500 mg for a few more days or, start with some other medicines like doxycycline, amoxicillin, cefuroxime? I am 22 years old male, currently at my parents. Don't wanna let my parents know thus unable to physically book an appointment. Please prescribe some medicine.

Are you on catheter or you r referring to urethra. If on catheter you need to change it and sister will teach you catheter care. Full antibiotic course according to urine culture.
If your urethra or meatus is inflamed you need to do urine test, ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and urine culture test. Visit any urologist with test.
