As it is, long term steroids aren't encouraged these days in rheumatoid arthritis. Better treatment options are available now. So I suggest to book a consultation with me & take proper treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Regarding vaccination, well it's safe for patients with rheumatoid arthritis, including covid-19 vaccination.

It is advisable to put hot packs on your wrist and finger. Also, you need to do wrist and fingers exercises which will help to relieve pain and stiffness. Basically aim of your treatment plan would be reducing symptoms and slowing the disease progression.
If you wanna know exactly what exercise you must do then you must consult physiotherapist (online consultation is also fine).

Hello, in fourth degree injury no injection give any relived.
Truly speaking I am suffering from just similar complaints. Exactly same. So my doctor advice physiotherapy to strength the thigh muscles. Igot lot of relief. But knee to replace is sure shot. Yet we could not make it. N unable to go for physiotherapy.
So don't believe on any inj results high or low price.
Only pain killer till you arrange knee replacement.
