Arthritis ll cause pain n restrict your movement. Esp climbing stairs sitting crosd legged or squattig. But if you r not even able to stand for 10 mins I wud suggest you get doppler studies of both lower limbs. Arterial n venous doppler both lower limbs. To rule out vascular or ischaemic cause of pain. If your xray says severe Osteoarthritis knee. Den needs knee replacement.
